Held on the first and second Sundays of every month, Growth Track equips you with the tools and experiences you need to become a doorholder and make a difference in our church and community.

Part 1: Discover TJC + You
Discover the heart of TJC- our mission, story, and values- while exploring your spiritual gifts to see how God uniquely designed you. Already know where you’d like to serve? Great! If not, we’ll help you find the team where you’ll thrive and make the biggest impact.

Part 2: Hands-On Training
Part two is all about experiencing what it’s like to serve! You’ll join members of the team you’ve chosen for a behind-the-scenes tour and hands-on training. This is where you’ll learn the ins and outs of your team, build relationships, and take your first steps as a doorholder at TJC.

Every person has gifts God can use to build the Kingdom of God. Growth Track is your opportunity to connect with others, discover your God-given purpose, and join a team of doorholders who are passionate about making a difference.
