JYTH is the student ministry of The Jefferson Church, created for 6th–12th grade students. We’re passionate about seeing the next generation encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and discover the life God has for them. Whether it’s your first time stepping through our doors or you’ve been here for years, you belong at JYTH.
Service Times
- Sunday Mornings (Middle School Only): 11:00 AM
- Midweek (High School & Middle School): Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Every service is designed to be engaging, fun, and most importantly, centered on God’s Word. Students will experience community, live worship, teaching that’s relevant to their world, and opportunities to build lasting friendships.

About Our Pastor
JYTH is led by Pastor Isaiah “Zay” Foster and his wife, Mrs. Hallie, who are both deeply invested in the lives of students. Married for 4 years and living in Jefferson for the past 4 years, they have a heart to walk closely with the next generation. Their passion is more than just teaching on a stage — it’s discipleship through doing life together. Students don’t just hear sermons; they gain access to leaders who model faith, integrity, and a Christ-centered life.

For JYTH specifically, we believe God is raising up the next generation to walk in authentic faith. Our goal is to see students not just follow their parents’ faith, but to own a genuine faith of their own.

Connect Groups
Church isn’t just a service — it’s a family. That’s why JYTH has Connect Groups, our small group environments where students can build real friendships and grow deeper in their walk with Jesus. Groups are divided by age and gender and led by trusted leaders who care about students and their spiritual journey.
Connect Groups happen during our weekly services and at special times throughout the year.
